"My rating is for the USPS in general, not the Tunnel Hill branch. The USPS needs to downgrade fast. Stop the Sunday service, which was a terrible idea; deliver envelope mail 3 days per week and “parcels only”, Monday-Saturday. Increasing stamp prices isn’t going to help the incredible inefficiency of this system. It will take a complete overhaul."

"Very bad service one of the mail women dropped one of my package to a different address instead of mine and never got it they say they’ll retrieve it and never did they just don’t care if your mail goes missing very unprofessional how can she misplaced my package if it says clearly my address is not right that other people gets my package and keeps it for free you can’t trust neighbors stealers. I’m still waiting for my package!! They said they knew where it is that it’s close to my house but still can’t retrieve it doesn’t make any sense"

"Package that was a little to big to fit "crammed" in my mail box and an envelope crushed behind it. Had to use a pair of pliers to get the box out. Carrier too lazy to pull in my drive way and set them on the carport. Last week a lady knocked on our door looking for a package that the Tunnel Hill P.O. said had been delivered 2 days earlier(also on weekend). Our local P.O. has steadily gotten worse over the years."

"Accident in correct address. Postal worker was basically.....oh well. Repeatedly in past this office has delivered my packages to wrong house. Also....oh well. Bad service."

"It's always a hassle when I have to deal with this post office the same guy is always there with glasses and he's always hateful and rude every time I can't never get anything done or checked on without him having to show an attitude toward me and be mean I wished I would never have to deal with this post office I do not recommend this post office for anything unless you absolutely have to but you still wouldn't get anything done go to the riggold one instead very upsetting to do so but at least you won't have to get an attitude towards you"
