This convenient location allows customers to pick up and drop off pre-labeled FedEx packages without having to wait at home for a delivery or make an extra trip to a FedEx facility. Simply bring your tracking number and ID to pick up your package once notified of its arrival. Packages must be securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label, and weigh less than 55 pounds and be smaller than 48" x 25" x 25". There are no additional fees for using this location, and online shopping return packages with pre-printed FedEx labels can also be dropped off. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages with a U.S. originated address are accepted, and all packages must include a completed printed label using a FedEx account number or credit card payment. Shipping materials are not provided at this location, so packages must be ready to ship with the label affixed to the box. "I asked the employee why did I have to drive 12 miles out of my way from Dalton Georgia to the main Fed Ex hub to return merchandise that I could have done in Dalton 30720, he replied I don't know?, I said ok. I didn't want to argue but it was ridiculous to have someone there and doesn't know the answer or attemp to get a answer, just I don't know. Fed Ex money at work.."
