"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chris left early for the day and told me to come in. Bill was there. I came in and he was helping a customer. New employee I’ve never seen before wanted to help and I said I’ll wait for Bill. As I’m looking at the firearm, new employee Man snatched the firearm out my hands and said “leave we are closed” “we don’t have time for window shoppers”. Keep in mind I called ahead and made sure the weapon was in the store. Fire Arms stores like Red hills/Kevin’s have 1000x better customer service and up don’t charge $300 for “inflation”. They lost a $1500 sale over pettiness and impatience as I was asking questions about the firearm. Unpleasant experience! Wish Chris stayed later for a smooth transaction! Won’t be back or give my business again! ZERO OUT OF 10"
