"Honestly I think this was the worse experience ever I worked for this company and not only WASNT I paid properly did Got 574 in Fees off of my refund check and I had 1 w-2 and 1 Student credit and none of that is worth 574 dollars. I wouldn’t have filed I was told it was going to be FREE and that’s what made me file then it was 40.00 and now I get my check and it’s Short 574 not only have I been trying to get in contact with the owner about it nobody is taking this serious and telling me to file this or file that when I shouldn’t have to when you could just give me my money back. And honestly this was the worse experience of my life STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY. UNPROFESSIONAL & UNPRODUCTIVE"

"- [ ] If I could give zero stars that would be my rating for this company.This company is very unprofessional.I went to this company after a flyer was left on my door.I decided to give them a chance.I allowed them to file my taxes, worst thing I could have ever done! They filed my taxes and put more money on the return then what I made for that tax year.I was contacted by the irs saying that they had done this.I was audited on top of being investigated for tax fraud because of these people.When I brought this too larhonda the office manger! She claim that the girl she had doing my taxes didn’t know what she was doing!No apology no nothing.I was given the run around they wouldn’t answer my calls or texts messages.She said I wouldn’t be charged for them filing my taxes.I filed in January I didn’t get taxes until September and they still charged me.The office manger laronda refuses to give me her supervisor number and will lie and give you the runaround.So please take your business somewhere else immediately!!!"
