"Got here at 5:57 pm and they had already closed the door and would not help me. Hey are not nice people. Taking my business somewhere else. As you will see in the photos I took picture 3 minutes past 6. After talking to them trying to make it in. I even showed them the time in my phone that it was 5:57 and they said that it was 6 when the manager said it was six. Customer service? Why would you turn a customer away? Don’t sponsor this business , go somewhere else. I hope corporate sees this. The person on the photo is the one that at least came talk to me. She is not to be blamed, is the manager who is not in a good place. He needs to be sent home stretch his fe There were others in the store doing nothing. Manager just came to the door to let the lady customer in and she is telling me that she verified that it was 6 o’clock. She is worried now. It was not 6 o’clock. I stood in traffic for an hour and a half to come to this place and she would not take care of many business because she wanted to go home early. What would it be like if all businesses allowed this? Home Depot has a rule , if you get a last minute customer as you are closing the doors to not send them away. They take care of customers . Cash América you should watch and learn. Im even thinking that they would not let me in because I was the only one that was not black. That’s it. They are prejudist. Prejudice or not do not sponsor this business, if they care this much for their customers, can you imagine what else they may do take advantage of customers. They don’t know what I went through to get here before 6 and they would not take care of my business. Wow. Cash América you can kiss me where the sun don’t shine ."

"DON’T GO!Terrible, the store was close during operation hours due to lunch. I came back to them locking the dots after two people enter. It’s not stated anywhere on the door the there’s a two person capacity. They are making people wait in the blazing heat during the summer."
