"Customer service is terrible. If you want to be treated like a homeless person looking for a hand out go here. As soon as I walked in nobody spoke or tried to help they just look at what ever you brought in the store so they can turn you down before you reach the counter. I have A+ loan history with this franchise and expected a little bit more from the manager who immediately told me no with out looking at my item. I took the same item to my home store which is cash American on Donald lee hollowel and got the help I needed there. The management on delowe is only concerned about meeting quotas. GO TO ANY FRANCHISE BUT THIS ONE"
