"Had never had an issue with this company til last week. I guess the guy was a new driver. He was so careless in his driving. He took all back streets from Peachtree st to Bankhead. He hit a pot hole so hard I bounced up in my chair and hit my head neck and shoulder. His response was that there was nothing he could do. HE DID NOT EVEN STOP! HE KEPT GOING. Then has the audacity to get on the phone and talk about how he should not be driving this late. He shouldn't be driving at all. I cut my trip short just so I could get home because I didn't feel safe. Never again. Steer clear cause that driver made me not want to ride ever again. He was beyond rude like it was my fault he has to work late hours. No one from the company has apologized or said word which makes it even worse."
