"Had a package to be delivered Thursday to a residential location. Call late Thursday and get told “oh it will be delivered Friday due to it getting in late”. And I had no issue with this. Call back Friday evening and get told “oh you have to setup an appointment to get it delivered to a residential address and next available delivery is Monday”. Pay a premium to be delivered to a residential address and then can’t even deliver it on time and have to call and make an appointment without any notification of having to due so. Never will do business with this company again."

"Professional attitude and appearance. Puntual . When it comes to scheduling freight pick ups with this company not only are they beating out their competitors by a few to several hundred dollars their also big on communication which is key in every aspect of business relationships"

"Really not impressed with how they handled our order. We pay a premium price for our freight so that we can get it as quickly as possible and have expedited delivery. XPO picked it up from our vendor on a Thursdays morning. Our vendor is only 15 hours from us. XPO had it in their care for 4 days with a delivery date on Monday, which is reasonable. We called Monday and were told that it would be Tuesday between 7 and 9, which is acceptable enough. Then Tuesday morning we called and were told it would be whenever the driver gets there, its his 3rd stop and he doesn't come in until 9 and there is nothing they can do about it. I don't normally write reviews like this but their customer service and poor response time drove me to this."

"Had a horrible experience with this company. Schedule me for delivery from 9-12 explained that I drove a school bus. Delivery person showed up at 7am and was advised to return item. Even though my Delivery time was from 9-12. So now I have to wait until it's coded back in which I was informed that will take days. And then they will reschedule me. For next week. I think this is bad customer service. Why schedule delivery times. If it's up to delivery person. After this I would never use them or order anything from Sam's club."

"We had a great experience with XPO Logistics and Levi Phillips (driver). We had the option of selecting our delivery window. We also received a 30 minute warning the Levi would be arriving soon and had the opportunity to let him know exactly where to pull up. Levi handled our 2 pallets with care and gently placed them exactly where I requested. He was also very friendly and professional in his demeanor. I would highly recommend XPO Logistics."
