"Seriously do not go here. Initially went here on February to submit my taxes. Late February we found out they had filed my information wrong, went to their office to fix it and apparently was submitted. April came around no deposit was made, checked the irs system to only find out that the taxes were not processed. Called this office MULTIPLE times and it always went to voicemail and when they did answer, I would be put on hold and then they would hang up. Left the owner a message and supposedly fixed the error. May came around and nothing yet, my husband and I got tired of calling and when they finally answered, we found out they never sent the taxes. I have never been so frustrated with anyone before like I have working with these people. We just got our “refund” to come to find out that it wasn’t what they told us it was going to be. There was never an update given to us about this or really about the whole process. Called in but of course, they didn’t answer. Will try again Monday but Seriously do not go here, we will not be returning"

"Totally unprofessional! Stay far away from this con artist. First of all he is all secretive with the price for doing your taxes. He usually just skim how much he want to off the top, since I was not getting a return I simply asked how much?,and he went into this whole speech about how much he help people and do people taxes for free? Confusing and random but anyway how much sir? Don't worry about it just give me what you like when you' get state back. He never filed my taxes cause I asked how much? Red flag should have been all the other pissed off people randomly coming in going off on him."
