"Elena had me to send her tax documentation then completely disappeared. She stopped responding to emails, wouldn’t respond to request to talk over the phone, answer the phone when I called, nor return call after I left voicemail. It seems that she was very good at her job a few years ago but she totally sucks at it now. My concern now is that she has my sensitive information and could misuse it. Clearly, she can’t be trusted with anything. I regret not reading her updated reviews before sending her my information. When I met her a few years ago, I decided to use her based off what was said in reviews then. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR PERSON!!!!"

"Scheduled a meeting to prepare a Tax Returns with Tax Advisor Elena in advance. We were in place as agreed on time however when we tried to contact Elena....no response at all. We were waiting about 1 hour, called, sent a message, left a voice message....no response. Moreover we didn't get any excuses after so I assume it's not polite at least and is not professional for people who provide such kind of service. Suggestion to management and owners to attest Elena for professionalism and responsibility because reviews and feedbacks could impact on their business. Best regards."
