We were told to put our tax forms under their door. We did. Thus was around April or so. We haven't heard from them since. We have emailed, called, sent whatsapp messages and sms messages, still no response. We have also visited their office severally, no response. We are at a loss. Because of this, we have missed filing our taxes for the year. Hopefully, we don't get penalized by the IRS"

"I have been trying to reach them about my taxes and no one responds. The IRS is saying I owe them money from taxes that were filed by this place in 2019. If you get your taxes done here just know in a year or so the IRS will be sending you a bill. Don't go here they are scammers- they put fraudulent information on my taxes and my wife's."

When I went to file she gave me papers to sign without telling me what it was about then I looked at the paper copies I was given and seen that the preparer name wasn't the same as who file for me so I'm just confused don't plan on going there again. She didn't even tell me if I would be charged, how much or how I will be charged for the tax preparation."
