"The communication with this company has been terrible. I’ve reached out via phone and email with no response back or being told that I would receive a call back but never receive said call. Jan 22 I paid for my company’s quarterly employer taxes to be filed and they didn’t file them or they filed them incorrectly. I found this out by receiving a letter from the state of GA in Nov. I also paid for them to file an extension this year and when it came time to file the actual taxes they didn’t respond to phone calls or emails until after the deadline in which they replied don’t worry about it. After reaching out to them numerous of times since then via phone and email they finally responded with an email dropping me as a client after they’ve dropped the ball all year with my taxes leaving me to clean the mess. I would avoid this company at all cost. We are going back to allowing ADP to take care of our filings because they actually take care of business and get the job done."
