"Very bad experience, when arrive where 2 people in front of us waiting, then when it was our turn he ask us to wait outside and fill up a paper with our basic information, it took us 2 minutes to fill up and TK started helping new people that came after us . After one hour he came out and ask us to come back in 2 days. His office was very smelling and dusty. So sad we spend a lot of time there for nothing."
