"I have been calling my tax advocate for a month and a 1/2 I never ever get a return call. I am beginning to wonder if my tax advocate has a job or is it just a computer. They take my money and they will not return it back even though I was told I would get it back very very frustrating!"

"Read the previous reviews; they’re true. This tax advocate office is the worst. I pray I never have to deal with them again. The first and only time I’ve spoken to our TA, Ms. Ashbee, was on May 23rd, 2019 and that was her calling to tell me what I needed to send in. I faxed all of the requested documents to her twice, called 5x and left messages each time as her voicemail stated, and not once have I received a phone call back. And to make matters worse, neither does her supervisor (Ms. Jones) nor the LTA (Mr. Oyofo) return phone calls. The only time I’ve received anything about our case was at the beginning of July and it was a letter from Ms. Ashbee telling me what documents to send in AGAIN and that I need to amend my taxes (which clearly isn’t needed if she would actually take the time and look at the cases she’s assigned to.) It’s now August 4, 2019, and we’re STILL waiting on our refund to be released. What a joke these “volunteers” are."

"If I could give them less than a star I would. I have called and documented calling them 64 times each time leaving voicemails as they instruct on the voicemail. To date I have not received a call back and they are a 5 hour drive from me to just pop in. Its ridiculous!"

"Rude is not the word for the tax advocates at the Atlanta GA office I dealt with a rude one in North Atlanta office back in 2011 now I am dealing with one this year by the name of Mrs/Ms Garrison. Rude is not the word this women should never choose the line of work of advocacy because that she not.... I have called her supervisor Mr Evans he does not return calls nor his boss Mr Oyofo or his secretary don’t answer the phone. Like what are they working in a Advocate office if they can do what they’re paid to do or at least get some sort of COMPASSION OR SYMPATHY AND LEARN HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE RESPECTFULLY."

"Ms Wright located at the downtown advocate building is RUDE AF! She suppose to be working for me to get my info to the IRS, Instead she treating me like an inmate. I asked for a supervisor call back she stated she forgot and she utters well I cant help if she didn’t call. Which one is it ?! She’s a rude PRUDE! Meanwhile she stopped my case because she said she not going back and forth. But she was the only person who spoke during our call! Fire her and hire more empathetic employees"
