"Top notch customer service and attention to all the details! I started doing Airbnb as my full time income a few years ago, and while I kept meticulous records, all my receipts etc., when it came to tax time I was lost and never sure how to file. After having some not so great experiences with other CPAs and accounting firms, who seemed to know very little about rental properties, I had just about given up, AND filed for an extension on the last two years of taxes :/ I was super nervous about reaching out to a new accountant and quite frankly a bit embarrassed because I had let so much time go by. Fast forward a couple weeks later, and both years I was behind on have been filed, and I was even owed a refund for 2018, unbeknownst to me and my husband.
