"Chris Baudium is a gold level manager. He is the worst manager I have ever experienced in my life and I'm willing to face any litigation or lawsuit about it. Etrade managers who can just past a test. Not managers who have ever been managers before. For example, imagine hiring someone with no personal skill, no social skills, who has never interacted with actual human beings and instead is just good at passing test to become your supervisor. This man is one of the worst things to happen to etrade. The fact that he works night shift makes him more competent to be an idiot unchecked. When I say he has the worst people skills I mean it. Allow me to paint a picture. This man will watch you work, then stand behind you while you are helping a client without you knowing and talk about some mechnical reason on how you could of done better. For example, I understand you were trying to help the client out, but it took 23 seconds too long to do it, therefore you will get a write up. Or, I understand that you have to use a calculator on your phone to give the proper analysis on the purchase of a stock but because you used a calculator, you have to be bmotted for a coaching or dispensary action. Or you are enjoying your job to much so I'm going to look up every time you have been late in 3 years to submit a case against you. HR will do nothing but fire you, he is not your friend. They support abuse, they don't care about customers, they allow racism. They fired all of their overseas support because of racism. They do not care about anything but taking your money. This guy Chris Badium is the absolute worst. He is a ant in charge of screwing you over. He literally does not care about his employees or the business and is set on firing anyone who doesn't agree with his weird antics. Anyone who has ever talked to a human instead of a blow up doll will see and agree with the disgusting nature of this man. It should be a class action lawsuit against him. He is the scum of the earth. Park your money with someone else. Etrade doesn't care. Mingan Stanley took over the etrade accounts but haven't let this man go. I swear if they contact which they won't, they will have to prove what I'm saying is a lie, which it isn't. Do whatever you want with this information. Do not spend your money here or any partnering firm. It's a scam. Allegedly for legal reasons."

"Etrade no longer at this location. Not sure if they moved or closed this office for good. I had to find out this by driving there. I wish they would have made it clear in their Google account that they are not there anymore. This shows the lack of a customer oriented management."

I was told the problem was with my external account to PNC bank and yet this account was verified manually using their 2 deposit method. I have already transferred money in using this account. I cannot get an answer. I am leaving if I can ever find a way to close my account and get my money."
