"I’ve been dealing with Maggie for years now and not once have I had a problem until last year. I feel like last year was just a little too much being that we were in a pandemic because I sent her sensitive info in regards to my tax filing and she never got back. I ended up going to another tax preparer. This year has been far worse!!! I personally took Maggie my sensitive paperwork for filing including my entire family’s socials and everything. It has now been a whole month with little to no communication from Maggie. She has her assistant call me but she doesn’t know anything. And she has blocked my number. She sends documents over that are you wrong but forwards my calls when I call her about it. Being that I’ve been going to Maggie since before she was her own company, I feel like it’s a slap in my face and I Wanted to write this review just in case my social and the socials of my children end up in the wrong hands or are being used to help somebody else (if you get what I’m saying). I truly don’t feel like I’m within her demographic anymore since she has her own business and feel like she wants to cater more to the Hispanic community which is fine, but if she didn’t want to take me as a client this year, then I feel as though she should’ve said something."
