"Had a great experience with the lady who filed my taxes. The only Problem was that after a week, my wife checked the status and it said,” NO FILE WAS FOUND”.I called the office and after being on and off hold several times the lady came back and said that it was too early to check. A few minutes after I got off the phone. I received two text messages from H&R Block saying that the IRS approved. This means that my taxes were never filed. They had just been filed when I was on the phone with the lady a week after we went to the office and file them. Good thing my wife checked the status and had me call up there. Otherwise my taxes would not have been filed.Despite the good experience with the preparer. They did not complete their job and almost created a huge problem for me, and yet they took no responsibility for the mistake and played it off like it was modern technology error. I get mistakes are made, but that would’ve been a big one."
