"This company is extremely frustrating to deal with. They call multiple times a week and refuse to listen as long as they get to the “owner” of the company. You have to practically hang up on them or annoy them until they hang up on you to get off the phone with them. They talk over you. They’re patronizing. They're rude and persistent. I have asked multiple times over the past couple months to be removed from their call list and every time they ignore my request and continue to try to sell me their service after requesting they stop calling me. You can’t block their numbers as each salesperson calls from their personal number, so you block one on Monday and Tuesday you get someone different. We have called what passes for management over at this company to no avail. No one seems to care as long as they make their calls. They have extremely poor business practice, ethics, organization, and customer relations. Hard pass."

"I am constantly called by your scattered salespeople who condescendingly ask me if I am the owner when I insist we are not interested. There is no proof of teamwork, communication, or even management in this company. It seems the only people who work here would be the sales team who are obviously made up of five million people all calling off the same list that is never updated or modified. When asked to be taken off the list, the question is always met with a laugh and someone telling me how that isn't possible. This horrible list that must be a printed off piece of paper mailed out to everyone since there is no way to mark any number, even a personal cell phone, as DO NOT CALL. Update your call system and have respect for another business. This is exhausting."

"If I could give them no stars I would. They are worse than time share sales reps. I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling my business and they continue to harass my employees everyday. I have asked to be put on their company no call list, but they ignore my requests. These calls come to my personal cell phone which is on the no call registry and they don't care. I'm now taking note of every rep. and number they call from to begin a lawsuit against them. This is poor business practice and harassment as far as I see. These bad business process obviously come above from leadership, so their is no way we would ever consider doing business with them based on their actions."

"When signing up, I was told that I would be charged x for every pickup, but was never told that there would be additional charges like a residential pickup surcharge and a fuel surcharge. The format of their invoice makes it easy for you to accidentally not pay off your full balance because they highlight this current statement and not your full balance due. But their system is easy to use and their customer service has generally been good."
