"Very dirty and had cockroaches in bathroom and on pictures in room. Great shower with great pressure was only good thing. Faucet in bathroom was moving when you used it. Needs a lot of remodeling."

"This motel should be shut down. My room was very dirty, a lamp fell off the wall simply from my turning it on, and the place was infested with roaches. On top of that, the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, and he made threats if I did not fix the lamp. I was able to remount the lamp, but it later fell off again. The fault here lies with the motel maintenance. The lamp was mounted with screws directly through the sheetrock instead of through the existing drywall anchors. The screws in use did not fit the anchors, so I could only reattach the lamp through the existing holes in the sheetrock. When I explained this to the manager, he insisted that I "broke" the lamp, and he threatened to call the police if I did not fix it again. So I remounted it again while another employee was gathering the sheets and towels. As soon as I let go of the lamp, it tilted away from the wall. This is how I left the lamp. I have pictures to prove that the lamp was not installed correctly, and I have a video of the other employee confirming that I tried to remount the lamp. I would not recommend this dump to anyone. Do not stay here. If you do, I guarantee you will regret it."

"Web reservation isn't always available...be sure to call and check on availability of rooms. Staff was very nice in all interactions. Rooms had new very comfortable bedding. Good air conditioning and hot water in the room. Was very quiet and overall comfortable for my 2 day stay. Early check-in available depending on availability. Many restaurants within walking distance ...even a Publix grocery store. I would definitely stay there again! Very reasonable rates when compared to other places near midtown."

"I will say the location was perfect to many restaurants, grocery stores most importantly it was close to the hospital my aunt was having eye surgery performed. My aunt is visually impaired and the facility did accommodate us and give us a room on the bottom floor so that she didn't have to take the steps. When we got into the room it smelled of mildew and mold. A little black bug was crawling in the tub, the tub fixtures were rusted and the caulking around the tub as well as the base of the tub had mold and mildew. The sink was cracked and gray looking, the popcorn ceiling was peeling you could tell the water damage throughout the room. The outlet where the air conditioner was had rust. The carpet looked so dirty I didn't take off my shoes until I got into the bed. The phone in the room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. The guy in the room next door had a dog barking all night, had security actually been in his truck as appose to just having the light on the truck flashing he would have heard it. I was totally disgusted what is photographed online isn't what we received. I would never return to this establishment."
