"Stayed here for 24 hours came into Atlanta for one night just needed a quick stay. The next working left rushing to the airport for the short stay and when we got into the airport my mom lifted her shirt and found that she had bug bites all over her body! We emailed them to let then know and told us they checked our room and couldn’t see bug bites. A week later they are saying the had pest control check and couldn’t find bed bugs but explain how my moms body was covered with bed bug bites after sleeping there?"
"Just needed a place for the night since my flight was missed. Hotel is clean and modern. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel has a free airport shuttle so that helps greatly."
"Noted feces on the sheets on the bed absolutely disgusting. I checked out without completing my stay after making staff aware and they charged for the full stay. Disgusting experience do not go. Room 426 Also! they just finished painting the fumes are so toxic I was up unable to breathe they need to allow the floor to be aired out its life threatening if you have allergies."
"I booked a room here on Oct 12th using the “pay in advance” option and everything seemed to go through fine. I got the usual email confirmations and even got an email the day of my reservation. When I got to the hotel they not only told me that my reservation was cancelled due to my card declining, they couldn’t get me another room. I was under the impression that I payed when I booked the reservation since it said I was paying in advance. The issue I have is that I got literally 0 notification of the cancellation. Why does the system not send an email if your reservation is cancelled??? I could have booked again or if not allowed to book there (which is their right) found another hotel. Instead here I am in another city without a place to stay. I’ve stayed at Marriott many times and would just have liked the courtesy of an email about the cancellation when that email meant me having a place to go or not. What kind of system doesn’t notify a customer of a change in the service they’re providing whether or not that change is the customers fault or not?"
"The lobby and our rooms were very clean and nice. From the top floor (floor 6) we could hear the airport nearby but it wasn't disruptive at all. The guests in my second room (floor 5) said they didn't hear a thing. Breakfast and coffee was great, and the staff were very friendly! Our room was clean while we were out during the day and I genuinely don't remember the last time I stayed at a hotel where they still did that! I think my only complaint is that the bathrooms don't have a fan, so you have to leave the door open to try and keep the bathroom from being a total sauna. We did find it a little odd that the suites didn't have a wall or divider separating the beds and the couch area but that wasnt a problem, it just wasn't what we expected! Anyways, we would stay again!"
