"Yeshi mart is a great place to stock up on all your Ethiopian cooking needs and experience a taste of Ethiopia. This store offers a wide variety of products, including Ethiopian spices, traditional food items, and household goods. Upon entering the store, you'll be greeted by the aromatic scents of Ethiopian spices such as berbere and mitmita, which are prominently displayed on the shelves. The store also offers a variety of lentils, grains, and flours commonly used in Ethiopian cuisine. One of the highlights of the store is the selection of injera, a sourdough flatbread that is a staple in Ethiopian cuisine. The injera sold at this store is freshly baked and available in both traditional and gluten-free varieties. Aside from food items, the store also offers a selection of Ethiopian coffee beans, traditional clothing, and religious items. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and can offer recommendations on products and preparation methods."
"It is one of the worst customer service experiences I have seen. I called in to order 2 food to go, and the gentleman that I spoke with told me 20 minutes. By the time I got there, it was close to 40 minutes. I was sure my food would be ready, but instead, the cashier seemed confused about my ordered, she even asked me if I called . I showed her my call log. She went back and informed me that only one of the food was ready, and the second order was just getting started. I didn't have another 20 minutes to spare; so I asked to take the one order and informed her to cancel the second order . From that moment, she was making faces and seemed bothered. When it was time to pay, instead of communicating she was tapping at one the credit card machine and when I try to tap/ insert she tapped on the other machine ,I didn't say anything, but you can see in my face the inconvenience and frustration this cause for me. She said sorry with a smirk in her face. I actually like this place, but if they keep up with this system, they have diffiently lost me as a customer."
"One of my favorite place to shop! Yeshi Mart has the best customer service ever! They greet each customer that walks in and make you feel welcomed. Unfortunately, I don’t see that in most of other Ethiopian stores. They understand that the most important part of being successful in business is how good your customer service is, and this place is a great example of that. They also have good variety of products and reasonable prices and always in stock. I just wished they had a second branch near Gwinnett."
