And make a mental note of who is the original staff at this particular family dollar. don’t let other workers from other family dollars deter you from going to this one . Sometimes they have to grab other workers from other stores to fill-in ."

"My recent encounter at this location was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did I have to endure abysmal customer service, but I also experienced outright rudeness and even a threat of legal action. I am utterly appalled by the treatment I received during my visit. What truly shocked me was the level of rudeness that followed. After a brief exchange, the employee's tone turned hostile. They began speaking to me in a condescending manner, treating me as if I were beneath them. I was shocked by the utter lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. The store itself was no better. Shelves were poorly stocked, items were in disarray, and it was clear that no effort was being made to maintain any level of organization. It was a reflection of the overall disregard for customer satisfaction that seemed to permeate the entire establishment. My experience at this store was one of the most unpleasant and distressing I have ever had. The combination of rude and unhelpful staff, along with the ludicrous threat of legal action, has left me in disbelief. I would strongly advise anyone considering a visit to this store to think twice and choose a business that values its customers and treats them with respect."

"It was good, they seem to finally be getting stock in that they haven't had since the reset.Today the cashier wasn't on her phone and was friendly, not so the last few times I was in,she was on phone talking and I thought she was talking to me which she should have been. I hope they are finally moving in the right direction."
