Reviews
"On May 9th, I notified Paula, an employee at FEPCO, about issues related to either electrical or transmission problems in my International and Freightliner trucks. Following several failed attempts to fix the issue, Paula and I agreed that it would be best to leave the trucks with them for proper diagnosis. On June 20th, I delivered the trucks to FEPCO as per Paula's instructions. It was determined that the International had an electrical issue with the wiring harness, and the Freightliner required a transmission rebuild. Since then, communication with Paula has become increasingly strained. Despite her promises, she has consistently missed updates and deadlines. Phone calls have gone unanswered, with only sporadic and brief text message responses. Requests for estimates, which were crucial for providing proof to my accounts that the trucks were in the shop, have been ignored, leading to lost wages, account routes, and the necessity to rent trucks for extended periods. Every attempt to retrieve my trucks has been met with resistance and excuses, leading me to believe that FEPCO was holding my trucks hostage. I finally got my trucks back 9/1/23."
"This reviews has to do with a truck driver pulling a FEPCO trailer on I-10. Today (7-27-23 roughly 3:30) I was driving back from Gulfport Ms eastbound on I-10. I was going 65 mph because I have a high mileage engine in my truck. I noted a Tractor Trailer behind me and noted when the person driving passed me the front left part of the tractor truck was extremely close to my right rear bumper. As the trailer came by me, there was (without exaggeration ) roughly 10β between the left side of the trailer and my right side mirror and getting closer. Pulling over to the left and trying to avoid another vehicle in the lane to my left I slowed down some just barely missing this FEPCO trailer #53-827 as the driver passed me. This driver passed and continued to accelerate away from me and again to dangerously weave in and out of traffic. Extremely life threatening reckless driving. Someone in charge remove this so called tractor trailer driver OFF the road. Give the job to another deserving driver. Zero stars to this driver representing FEPCO."
"Awesome group of people! Iβd highly recommend doing business with them when looking for your trucking solutions."
"Run as fast as you can!! Stay away from here. Nothing but lies, not a friendly place to work. Dispatch is horrible and they talk to you like DIRT! Should be shut down and run out of town!! They will put used parts on your truck and charge for new!! They are Drama queen of moreland ave!"
"Not a good company, worked 15-18 hours a day in equipment that would be practically (if not literally) falling apart. Pay 150/day no matter how many hours I work. If you try to leave they will throw everything on your DAC no matter if it was your fault or not and still make you pay for the damage done. Work for them at your own risk."
