"Job is super easy. Equipment, management, communication are horrible!!!! Absolute favoritism: if you work hard you get taken advantage of. If you slack off and complain you can do whatever you want. Pay system is complete socialism: everyone gets paid the same but some work more hours and run more loads daily. While others exploit the system. Always problems and drama but nothing ever gets resolved. Unless you believe a group text will solve anything. Would only send someone I wanted to suffer to work here."
