"I payed a large amount of money for shipping and on the day of delivery I received an email saying shipment status unavailable please contact opelika al. I called and was told by the employed that they can deliver it on this date. I told them I already had appointment scheduled for this date and their response was they didn’t have a truck coming there so they can’t deliver it until this date. Not professional at all. So after taking the day off to receive my shipment I get told it won’t be delivered until a later date because of their mess up. My shipment should’ve been delivered as told and not just thrown to the side because of a mess up on their part. I will not use this company again and will NOT recommend them to anyone. Have been waiting over a month for my shipment and because of their mess up it was delayed even longer."
