"Went to the hospital and was given 5 prescriptions and 2 which were antibiotics to get me over having pneumonia and bronchitis and this makes the 2nd time they have lost one of my prescriptions. I know for a fact I gave them all 5 but yet of course I'm told no you only gave us 4 and the rudeness in her voice is ridiculous!!"
"Worst ever CVS Kayla should not be employed there. Kayla has a nasty attitude and Michelle shouldn't be a manager if she's going to allow Kayla to be rude and and disrespectful to customers in front of Michelle. Which did happened on 02/03/2024. Michelle had asked Kayla to not argue with me Kayla continue to argue and nothing else was said of Michelle."
"Miss Glenda at the front register was so super kind and helpful! She walked me through some carepass coupon stuff that was confusing me, and she did so with patience and kindness. Absolutely amazing customer service by Glenda. I’m very pleased :)"
"Went to pick up a medication last night through the drive thru and even though the website say they close at 9pm.. we were there at 8:40 and no one attended us at the window. They saw us and just completely ignored the fact we were at the window. Left without our medication. Completely disappointing."
"Took my Mother in law to pickup her thyroid prescription and I shocked for two reasons one was the line at the pickup window. I've never seen that many waiting in line before outside. We were 8 cars back. Then when finally get to the window and her prescription with a discount was over $130.00. How are people on a fixed budget suppose to get medication they need at that price and still buy food and pay utility bills , taxes and insurance. Really the government needs to come up with a better way for our elderly citizens to get their medication. Thank goodness we did not have to sit in line over 20 minutes with the car idling at over $4.00 per gallon."
