"Groome has exhibited poor customer service. Over a month ago I arrived at ATL airport 30-40 minutes early however we were stuck on the plane for bout 30 minutes due to an ATS issue, when they finally opened the main cabin door I was walking out and I called Groome to let them know I’ll be there in approximately 7 minutes I’m walking that way now I explained to them what happened not to mention it was already late I was getting on the 12:30am shuttle. I said can you please just call the driver and tell them not to leave me I stay an hour or so away and have no other way home well when I got to the shuttle pick up the shuttle was gone of course I was pissed because i communicated with them.i called the office they wouldn’t give no refund all they said was well we was there on time not understanding the issue I had. So today 12/06 i had a shuttle pick up at Wingate for 3:15 well what a coincidence they was 18 minutes late so they couldn’t wait 6 to 7 minutes for me but I had to wait 18 minutes for them definitely bad customer service and I’m highly disappointed. Yall need to do better and stop going up on the price for poor services that yall are giving and if yall want me to BE ON TIME yall need to BE ON TIME TOO!!Simple!"

"These folks are pretty amazing. I had an issue with the website not showing a credit for my canceled trip earlier and I called and talked to a person within 30 seconds. Her name was Denise! She took care of the issue, scheduled me the next day for a shuttle, and was extremely professional. Can't recommend enough!"

"The worst experience EVER! I requested to be dropped off in Auburn and pay the difference from being dropped off in LaGrange. I was then told that I couldn't pay the difference because I had a group arrangement that I had paid for and it would be an accounting nightmare! I was then told I could reschedule for $55.00. How hard is it to receive the difference of $10.00??????? I was told to get off at LaGrange A woman named Audria said that I had to get off in LaGrange even though the driver stopped in Auburn and no one else was getting onboard. This a horrible practice. Explain this one. I was abandoned!!!!!."

"Avoid if you have luggage. They consider carry-ons as an additional piece of luggage and charge $25 additional that you can only pay in cash and no receipts! Didn't feel right."
