"I’ve spent a lot of money with this establishment, especially since COVID 19! My latest delivery was burgers from BurgerFi a family favorite at my home. The order was placed correctly, yet arrived completely wrong! So, I called TigerTownToGo to report the issue. First, the gentleman refused to give me his name. Then he proceeded to tell me he would only partially refund me. From there he went on to tell me how he’d never allow me to use their services again. All because of a refund. I would never recommend this service, nor will they ever see a dime of my money again! Be forewarned, this is a hugely overpriced service with very poor customer service or care. They take too long and have no respect for the consumer. Do yourself a favor and just use Door Dash"
