"I gave a bad review on 9/3/2019 for City Cab. I am updating this review and should have done this in 2020. 5/23/23, I was assigned City Cab in 2020 as a standing order and the service has improved tremendously. My daughter is disabled and I do not trust many services. We have been very pleased with City Cab service since 2020. She has a standing order with one driver, Michael, and he is excellent, wonderful personality, attentive, and communicates if he will be early or late. (He's) always early and on time. Michael treats his clients with respect. I forgot to remove bad review, but doing so today. City Cab is always accomadating and can be trusted for your transpotating needs. Thanks Michael and City Cab. Communication is very good, and they are reliable."

"Price wise? It was reasonable. About the same as an Uber from Walmart to home. The guy on phone wasn’t very professional. He asked for my number while giving instructions to someone else. Which ultimately means he asked for the number again because multitasking wasn’t his forte. And now... The finale. Guy pulls up in a busted Lincoln Town Car. Calls me and says his trunk isn’t functional and I’d have to put everything in the backseat. I complied since I had already been waiting a hour for previous rides. He then decided to say, “Naw, I’ll just have him send someone else”. Then pulls off. Really? You drove to a GROCERY STORE, saw my buggy and changed your mind during the pickup?! The worst taxi experience EVER! I’d give 0 if it were optional. I would NEVER use or refer this company to anyone. Terrible..."

"I can't say enough GOOD THINGS about the service I received from City Cab Company. First of all, they answer their phone! I had called around looking for a cab before I called City Cab and nobody else was answering the phone. How can you be a taxi service and not answer the phone? The dispatcher was very courteous and knew the area well enough to know exactly my pickup and dropoff locations without my having to give the exact address. I was on the road to drop off a rental car and pick up my vehicle that had been shipped. When passing a bad accident on the highway delayed me, the dispatcher reassured me with each update call I made that they could adjust pickup time as needed. I was picked up right on time and the driver was friendly and courteous."
