"January 1, 2024 Update below- Leased to them for 6 weeks and the most I earned was $5500 gross a week. They alter rate sheets and say it was detention but they do not itemize that on settlement sheet. Now withholding my escrow money they owe me back!!! Termination letter dated June 16th 2023, today is July 26th, I still have not received my escrow refund of $1050. January 1, 2024, I get this as a email, 6.5 months later! The elog was returned in June, they decided the early termination and this invoice is created to basically keep my escrow deposit. Unbelievable!!!! To see pictures and manipulation of rate con and fake billing, look up Status on the google map app!!"
