"The drivers are always great, but I have issues with the dispatchers. I called for a taxi one night because I had an emergency and I asked them to pick me up and I even offered to find another location for them to pick me up because I was scared and I was alone at night. But the dispatcher kept hanging up on me and I believe I am blocked. I kept calling and it went to voicemail. I relied on this company and taxi service but now I can’t even call anymore."
