"I’m only giving this dealership 2 star because the saleswoman that took care of me when I visited the dealership, Lauren, was excellent and was extremely sweet to my kids. If it weren’t for her, I wouldn’t have anything nice to say about this place at all. Drove almost 2 hours to look at a new Atlas and have them appraise mine in hopes of coming back the next day to make a deal with my husband in tow. We already had financing from our personal bank and were set on the car, so we were hoping for a quick, easy deal…. It was anything but that. Lots of extra numbers added into the deal and excuses for everything. BEWARE if you are military as they will try and lie to you about the discount, stating that it can only be honored if you finance your vehicle through Volkswagen Financial. That’s simply a LIE. This is our 3rd Volkswagen and have never been told that. And it was confirmed that it was a lie when we went elsewhere the next day to purchase our Atlas and that dealership happily applied the discount. I genuinely hope that they stop lying to the military community and will start honoring what we have rightfully earned for our families service."

"Here to edit my post: Although the purchase process was smooth and great, two months later I'm living a nightmare. I gave them my old vehicle as a trade in and they told me they were going to take care of paying the payoff to the loan bank. Turns out they did not pay off the entirety of the amount and now the bank is chasing me to pay what's left. It's been 3 weeks that my husband and I have deliberately trying to get this sort out and this is how it's going: voice messages, phone not answered, and when they do they keep telling us they'll look into it and call us back... and they don't. This is gotten ridiculous and very disappointing. My next step will be to get help from a lawyer. There is a contract here not being fulfilled. OG: Great experience purchasing our Atlas cross!! we came in looking for a car upgrade for more space, better technology, and more reliable car and found it! It was our first time leasing, the team was very patient and thorough with us explaining the process and answering all questions."
