"This shop is within Krause Family Ford dealership in Woodstock GA. Nice enough people, I guess, BUT, they charge you (even with a debit card) 3.5% on any service bill. We all know that credit card processors do not charge a fee for Debit - it's no different than writing a check. Even so, they are bumping up an extra .5% or so to pad their wallet even further (because CC processors charge at MOST 3.0%). As far as the shop itself, their work is "decent", but not great. We have had to bring our car back there more than a few times to resolve the same issue. Meaning they are having trouble really solving it. The only reason we go there is the convenient location. So, if you are about to pay your service bill, bring cash, check, money order, not a debit or credit card. They will GET you every time!"

"Would absolutely never go here again. Took my car in for a service and had my tires rotated. Didn’t realize until a couple of months later when I got a flat tire, that my wheel lock key was missing. After reaching out to Quicklane I was told they may have it at the desk. They had over 5 customer wheel locks, but mine wasn’t at the desk and according to them “there was no way their tech accidentally took it”, even though they clearly had taken others wheel locks on accident. Their resolution was for me to figure it out on my own. The absolute lack of ownership and customer service was appalling to say the least."

"The service department needs to learn a thing or two from Quick Lane! I’ve always had a great experience with the quick lane service, but the service department is a total nightmare to deal with! Honestly, if you’ve got anything that quick lane can’t handle, go somewhere else!"

"Took my fleet vehicle in for an oil change today at 1pm. Upon arrival it took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge me despite there being 3 employees at the desk, hence 4 stars. I've been many times and its always slow to at least say hello we'll be with you shortly even when there's hardly anyone in line or in the waiting area. Other thank they're pretty good. I had an appointment at 1pm and was leaving the dealership at 1:45pm so it was completed fairly quickly. I'll be back, but hope they clean up the customer experience a bit."
