"Horrible horrible h&r location. Went in twice for help. They messed up “electronically “ and locked my application. (They put the wrong name on my loan application ) waited 6 days to return ( for my application to be unlocked ) I return to apply again for the “loan”. Another agent did the application wrong again!! A second time. This is the 3rd time I’ve had issues here. Everyone is older in age and doesn’t not know how to work the computers. I say that with respect because I have given them 3 different chance for the same thing. Please save yourself trouble and do not come here."

"Very disappointed with the service this year. Price of service was $285 for twenty minutes of work. Copies to be sent in had clients copies do not send wrote in big bold letters. The tax preparer said don't worry about it. Next year I'll find a different company to do my taxes."
