"I don't see any reason to pay over $400 to get my taxes done at h&r block. They truly will prepare your taxes. If you have any problems with the IRS, then h&r block cannot help. They are just as mystified and in the dark when it comes to the IRS as everyone else. Next year 2023 I'll be doing my taxes on the free websites. Because the so-called tax professionals are only data entry personnel entering numbers into a computer. There was no benefit to going to dim and I'm out $400."

"I can't speak on behalf of other staff, but my experience with Alpeshkumar Patel has been the worst since getting my taxes done by H&R block. There were multiple times i had to stop him and correct what he was typing on the tax fill out screen. The final mistake was when prompted if my bank,wells fargo, was in the jurisdiction of the UnitedStates and he answered no. As stated i can not speak on behalf of other staff members but i would not recommend Alpeshkumar Patel."
