"If I could rate zero I would have. Arriving the place was difficult to locate. Told me that there was a real nice office "up there". Nothing about "up there" gave me the inclination that there was an office with waiting area anywhere around. Handed him $100 cash which was immediately shoved into his front pocket. Broke a wheel stud removing lug nuts. Was advised they could not fix it but instructed me that it was very easy to repair myself. What? Noticed 2 days later one of the tires had multiple plug repairs from previous use. The tires did not match. Was wondering why they were in conversation and laughing together as I drove off. Never gave me a receipt."
