We have used them 16+ years until they jammed me up with the IRS last year and when I tried to rectify the issue, they blamed it on additional IRS agents. It ended up being their error by not filing on time. (Guess who payed the fees!)When I tried to contact them again, no one was there. PLEASE don’t waste your time and hard earned money on their lack of detail and ready to retire attitude!"
