"Horrible experience! I made an appointment for 11 am for a specific location. The day before my appointment I was told my appointment was moved to a different location...ok..no problem I guess..I arrived at 10 till 11 and was told that it would be 15 min before they could see me. The reception lady was incredibly nice...by 12:20 I had still not been called back. The receptionist said that the lady I had scheduled with was running behind and that it would be another 30 min. It was a Tuesday, my ONLY day off...so I had no choice but to wait...at 1:30 I kindly told the receptionist that I had to leave for another appointment and that this had been the most unprofessional experience I had ever had with H&R Block. I have used them, loyally, for the past 13 years. I could tell she was embarrassed and at a loss as to what to do, as I said she was so kind. The lady who my appointment was with never even bothered to come out and explain what was going on. So I wasted 2 and a 1/2 hours of my only day off to sit in an office and not get my taxes done. The location is the downtown Decatur GA office. I would not, and DO NOT, reccomend them."
