Upon arrival Shellie Eldred of Prime Auto Exchange advised me that our reservation was no longer "showing up in their system with a reservation". I told her we never changed or cancelled it. Shellie Eldred told me that uhaul was responsible for the cancellation. I knew it was a lie. I asked her if that was the honest truth. She said it was. We contacted uhaul immediately and they advised us that Prime Auto Exchange cancelled our reservation. THIS IS NOT INTEGRITY."
