"Today I called this office to ask if it would be best to walk-in or make an appointment, I have not used a professional tax service before, only turbo tax. The man who answered (I think his name was Bill) immediately told me that he didn't have time to talk about my situation that they had many people they were already helping and then he HUNG UP ON ME. I never even got to speak except to say hello, I have a question. I was not expecting anyone to go into detail with me over the phone I just wanted to speak to a human about getting the process started. I understand it's tax season and everyone is busy but I have never had anyone be that rude when I am interested in being a customer."

He was so professional, funny and FAST but detailed as well, and took time to make sure we understood everything. My husband and I were in and out in about 30 minutes and the process was not stressful at all. Highly recommend!"

"I Can’t confirm how great the personnel is here because no one showed up for my appointment. Even after two confirmation texts, I’m outside waiting for 25 mins now. Update. They called back got me in same day and helped me. Staff seemed knowledge and apologized several times for the schedule mix up."
