"I went to Pilatus Taxes office to try and solve a problem regarding my 2016 tax returns (which I had previously filed there) and the owner, Cassandra, was very rude and unprofessional. She told me that I was late for my appointment, but when I had made the appointment she failed to inform me that the office had moved to a new location, so I had to take the extra time to search for it. When I found the new location, Cassandra was waiting outside, and said that we couldn't enter her office. She then proceeded to ask me some questions about the issue I was trying to resolve in a disrespectful manner. She insisted on discussing the matter in the parking lot, despite my saying that I preferred to go inside given the sensitive nature of tax issues, and refused to go inside the building. I was quite disappointed by her lack of professionalism and negative attitude, which she has also exhibited in previous interactions, and will no longer be using her services."
