"Great selection but service could've been better. Asked if they could honor an online coupon and cashier said ‘that’s online’ without suggesting ordering online and picking up in-store. Regardless I thanked them, did not purchase item, and departed. Ordered online to return for pickup. Tried selecting another store to direct business as experience wasn't the greatest nor friendliest encounter but this was the only one that had product in stock. Please try to help customers accomplish their goal and not deter them. Looking forward to improvement in the future, thank you."
