Steven was disrespectful rolling his eyes while trying to explain to him the reason I was trying to switch out a product that was never used and already had his mind made up before I started talking.., I’ll take my hard earned cash to Target… never going back here!!! Place is a joke. Left the product and receipt on the counter and told him to keep it!!!!"

"Absolutely horrible! I went in to shop for some Christmas items (some stockings and stuffers) and the manager, Carmen, SCREAMED at me because I had purchased 4 penny items the day before. My second time in the store and I was verbally assaulted and shamed. I had plans to purchase the cute paw patrol stockings for my kids but I instead wound up calling corporate for her absolutely disgraceful service."

"Horrible customer service from manager.She’s racist and plain out rude to people. She has spoken about me in Spanish in front of me not knowing I speak Spanish. I have stopped going into the store unless it’s an emergency because she has been so rude a bunch a times. It’s so sad because I also worked there before her and know that this location has good people. Her employees on the other hand are amazing super kind and welcoming I get happy when I walk in and see they are there."

"Went to this location 2x now and this will be my last. The same man who helped me last time was extremely rude again. No customer service skill what so ever then i had to bite my tongue and not waste my energy on him... The way he asked my 7 year old daughter to put the basket up by the door was really rude without being friendly or saying please. It was very awkward and as a man he should learn to be more professional especially to women and children. Please hire better employees and take time to listen to reviews from a business standpoint, super unprofessional."
