"We love Hollywood Feed and this is the store I typically stop at on my way home from work. It's relatively easy in and out and I usually love that we can park right up to the door. However, the last time I visited, I wasn't greeted, offered help, or offered to get checked out. They have a self serve checkout and no one offered to lift a finger to help me. I had a big bag of dog food and toys that I checked out and carried out by myself with zero interaction from the employees. No one offered to help carry my big bag of dog food to my car. I typically get better service and have a better experience at Hollywood Feed but was disappointed this time."

Update: I had another 5 ⭐ experience when Nia helped me outfit my pup with a new collar and tag! She took care of everything and handed me a collar ready to go! Thanks for such awesome service."
