"Went here on a crunch to get my passport photo done. Walked in had the photo taken and printed in less than 5 minutes! Also a plus that it is right across the street from the passport office!"

"Poorest customer service ever from the Pharmacy to the Hallmark Card worker. The Pharmacy technician seemed super busy processing prescriptions and I have the emotional intelligence to acknowledge that. It wasn't the fact she was busy it was her tone and body language when I ask could I add ibuprofen to my purchase for one transaction. Meanwhile other shoppers were asking for management. This location is always In disarray with no front end staff. Poor customer service. Avoid the stress shop somewhere else. I was a faithful CVS shopper my entire life in the Carolinas."

"A lady named Miss Rose, wearing glasses and who appeared to be a shift supervisor, was extremely rude, inefficient and ineffective….wow what an appalling customer service. She didn’t want to help locate items from the aisle nor checking people out. Aren’t you in customer in service to assist, serve your customers? An older couple was also complaining about her and a mid aged lady was looking for some items and thought I was working for cvs not finding any help. FYI these ladies that were working, are often on their cell phones when they are supposed to be working.I will Escalade to corporate for them to start being conscious about what a going on in their stores. Hopefully my review, valuable feedback, mgt will coach them."

"This place sits on the corner of a busy intersection and it is hard to get in and out of the parking unless you going with the flow of traffic. The parking lot always has enough spots. I have never seen this place busy. Staff is nice and attentive. Came here for a prescription and Liz made sure I was taken care of."

"No carts or baskets available. Employee sitting in the front said she's been there 2 months and she hasn't seen any carts. I said that I plan on buying multiple items she suggested that I use a bag. She had bags in her hand, rather than offering me one she pointed to self check out and told me to get a bag. The store is an absolute mess with carts full of product blocking the aisle way. The two girls in the front were talking about cost of rent in Atlanta rather than being productive. I will take my business to Walgreens where the employees are helpful and store clean. impeccable"
