"Good to see a German store in the US but why would they bring that stupid Germanic-cashier mentality here? Every single cashier is rude I haven't met a single polite cashier at this particular Aldi's. Pretty much like in Germany, the cashier's are always in a rush, they throw things, they don't answer questions. Hire better people!"

"This Aldi is literally the worst one. I have NEVER seen an employee smile at this store. The employees don’t make eye contact or acknowledge guest unless you are in their way. It’s crazy to think I have to leave buckhead to go to a different Aldi across town. They hate shoppers! One day I ran in just to grab dog food and I know how much they hate it when people come in but I just needed one thing… the cashier literally scans the bag and says “I hate this job”. She didn’t say hello or acknowledge me. It’s not my fault you applied for this job. I still go in there when I only NEED only one thing but honestly I am happy to go to ANY OTHER STORE!"

"Workers are EXTREMELY rude and they have the entire store disorganized. If you don’t come first thing in the morning then everything is out of stock. They have bacon near butter and not the rest of the meat and that is just one example of how everything is out of order in this store. Cashiers also have no common sense and literally THROW everything into the cart instead of gently and kindly separating by meat and dairy, bread, etc. They simply do not care here. And I haven't seen one manager or anyone who looks like they actually care about their job"

"Great place to get items for less $ but not skimp on quality. Bring your own reusable bags to bag your items, very helpful! And don't forget the quarter for the cart :)"

"Everything about my experience was pleasant until checkout. The cashier named Saniya was EXTREMELY rude and unpleasant to everyone in line. She was confused on which groceries belonged to who even though there were dividers and significantly large gaps between everyone’s items, and took it out on the customers. She literally scolded an older lady behind me for asking for the price for one of her items, then freaking launched it behind her when the woman didn’t want it. She also rang up mine and two others people’s things together, and tried to argue with me saying that the other people’s things belonged to me because they were on the conveyor belt with my items. Is that not how checkout works?? She then in an extremely condescending tone started telling everyone to back up, when I was in the front of the line and no one was in the way??? Management needs to do better on training, that was unacceptable."
