"It's never opened during it's posted hours, and no one will ever answer the phone...not even the main store number. I've been there three times in the past two weeks...late afternoon or early evening to get service...no employees to be found. Times have all been between 4-7 pm. The posted hours are 7-7. I went elsewhere for the oil change."

"Grew up in Buford. Was back for family emergency and needed an oil change. Went over and explained situation, they seemed very friendly and sympathetic to the situation. Spent around $50. About 3 days later, back on the road out of state, discovered they DID NOT change the oil filter. Don't even know if they even changed the oil. Too far to go back. Had to go elsewhere and pay again for a TRUE oil/filter change. Very disappointed and will not go back."

"Both times in the past month I have used this Auto Center I have gotten great service. Aaron and the young black female who’s name begins with a “C” have been super helpful, very quick, and work hard. There’s another gentleman an older tall black man who is always working hard to put things away. He always checks to make sure customers are being helped or he stops to help them himself. I have been thoroughly pleased with the services I’ve received from this morning crew."
