"Dishonest techs. Pencil whipped inspection forms. Service advisors are great, actual car people. But the techs, lied on inspection forms three times. Matt Williams admitted fault the first time and earned my business back, second time however, the techs lies endangered my life, blatantly lied on a brake inspection. Reported brake noise TWICE on two visits within two weeks of each other. Both techs stated TWICE everything was ok. Matt Williams covered for them both. Contacted AutoNation about the incident, didn't seem overly concerned. Will never come back."

"Do not purchase the add-ons. The windshield package, tire package, oil change package or car tint. They’re all designed to make your loan higher and in debt longer. Would you want to pay interest on a package you’ll probably never use?"

"EJ, Aaron, and everyone were so incredibly friendly and awesome and I could tell they cared about us as people and not just another sale! We did not plan to buy a car when we first arrived so we financially weren't prepared but I fell in love with the car. My trade in car had really bad breaks and they didn't want me driving home in it, so even with no money down I was still able to take the new car home as a loner vehicle until the next day when I was able to go in and purchase the vehicle. Because we had started the paper work the first night the actual purchasing/signing was such a quick process! They were incredibly prepared and diligent with our time, got it done on my husband's lunch break! They also matched our CarMax trade in quote (almost $1500 more than theirs)."

"We had a bad experience, we took our vehicle to get a new key programmed and then called us saying that the key got stuck and they couldn't get it out.. Wanting us to pay for the repair!!"
