"Convenient place however not very customer friendly. No one ever tends to the self service area and for anyone using those services for the first time its not simple as no detailed instructions are not available and u have to trial and error and of course u pay for those mistakes for example to print sometimes they come out wrong, to scan u have to set documents face up and upside down otherwise the documents copy wrong these things are not common knowledge etc."
